Update-wise my wrist has been healing well - so far well enough that I'm on track NOT to have surgery. Sure hoping the goodness continues.
One handed typing *still* sucks, even with the super-cool one handed keyboard but is getting faster every day.
Workout wise I'm staying sane by doing as many abs and bodyweight lower body things I can dream up (lunges, squats, etc.) every day. With the super calorie restricted diet I adopted as soon as this happened things are actually going quite well. I've actually lost over 5 pounds but it's all muscle so that's nothing to celebrate really as my body fat percentage is likely going up accordingly. I'm definately losing some mass in nice areas so perhaps there is an upside. I've been avoiding most cardio as it makes the broken bits throb like mad, really doesn't help with swelling, and it makes my cast stinky! Hopefully things will continue to go well and I'll be back to running in time to train for a few races this summer - and the Seattle marathon - of course!
